These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders by customers through the web site or otherwise the purchase of apparel & safety equipment. By accepting delivery of the products, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply unless Customer and Huntfluent Guide Service (Huntfluent) have signed a separate Agreement covering the purchase of the Products in which case the separate agreement shall govern.

1. PURCHASE

Upon Huntfluent's acceptance of a customer's order, a firm contract for the purchase and sale of the Products will be formed between Huntfuent and customer, and shall incorporate all the terms set form herein. These terms and conditions shall not be altered or amended by the use of any document(s). Any attempt to alter this or to enter an order for Products which are subject to additional and/or altered terms and conditions will become null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both parties. Customer also agrees to not hold Huntfluent accountable for any sort of liability even to the extense of life threatening or death.

2. WARRANTY/LIABILITY

Huntfluent does not warrant or promise that the products will be reliable. You agree that the use of any product is at your sole risk and you will not hold Huntfluent liable under any conditions, even if life threatening or death may occur. You agree that you are using the products bought from www.huntfluent.com at your sole discretion. It is your responsibility to make sure your using State Laws

3.ONLINE USE

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You agree to not hack, transmit worms and/or viruses, breach or violate, or use products illegally.

4.REFUND

All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. The product must me in original packaging, unused, and all pieces accounted for. After 15 days, a refund will NOT be issued.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Huntfluent has the right to refuse service to anyone. You agree to not resell, duplicate, or exploit services and products.

6. MODIFICATIONS ON PRICING & PRODUCTS

Pricing on products are subject to change without any notification and can be discontinued.

7.ACCURACY

Huntfluent will not be responsible for information that is no accurate, complete, or current. All material and information should not be relied upon on a sole basis or everyday basis. It is your duty to consult more reliable sources or information. Huntfluent has the right to modify any content on this site at any given time, it is your responsibility to monitor changes. Any reliance on any material on the site is at your own risk.

8. PRODUCTS

Images of products on the website have been taken to feature colors and features of the product. Huntfluent can not guarantee that your computer and/or phone will display the same colors and features within the image. These products are available exclusively online at www.huntfluent.com. Products may be returned if following the Return Policy. Products may have limited quantities. Huntfluent reserves the right to limit quantities to any person, country, or region at any time. We do not warrant that the products will meet the customers expectations.

10. COMMENTS/FEEDBACK

If you reach out to Huntfluent with any comments or feedback reguarding a products or products, we can change the product at any given time. Huntfluent shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. Delivering this feedback may be over the phone, sent by email, used by the online chat, or received via postal.

11.TERMINATE TERMS

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or HUNTFLUENT . You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

Huntfluent reserves the right to change, update, or replace any parts of these terms by posting updates to www.huntfluent.com. It is your responsibility to check for periodically changes. Your use or access to www.huntfluent.com or the Terms & Conditions following the posting of any change constitutes acceptance of changes.
